Fear and doubt are two big troublemakers that interfere with living our lives as we were meant to be. Often, we go through life paying little to no attention to the consequences of expressing fear and doubt. For many, doubting thoughts and feeling fearful are second nature. For various reasons, it becomes a habit and part of their daily routine, resulting in creating their reality by default.
The causes can be varied and complex. The environment that you were raised in is a contributor. Often, a child is conditioned by a transference of a parent’s negative emotions or thoughts. You asked your parents if you could sign up to play baseball. They say, “Sorry.” Sorry, no, you know that money is always tight, and we cannot afford the registration. You are left not only disappointed, but references to money being tight create a false belief that you are destined to remain poor.
Becoming fearful develops from exposure to events that appear frightening and leave an impression that carries into adulthood. Some fears may seem baseless to others, but being afraid is being afraid. However, the toll taken on your life is not what God intended. Negative emotions are allowed to exist, but we must strive to overcome all obstacles that come our way. The first step is to understand where and how these emotions came into your life. Second is to replace negative thoughts with those that are positive, Affirmations such as I am abundant and prosperous, or I am confident in every way are good replacements/
Doubt
Doubt, much like fear, comes at all stages within your life. Doubtful thoughts that consume your life are detrimental to your quality of life. Perhaps from childhood or time as an adult, you were discouraged by others who implied you were not good enough for a specific sport, task, or lacked certain abilities. Over time, repetition reinforces negative beliefs within your mind. So an opportunity comes around for you to learn to dance, but you like the idea of learning, but oops, you doubt that you are capable, and you said forget it. You missed something that interested you because of past conditioning. You dismissed it without even trying; you allowed the opinions of others to influence you. Words or comments prove nothing; you have to try, go do it, then you will know if it is right for you.
Please understand that you are allowed to fail at some activities; no one is good at everything. Some folks are excellent singers, others like me cannot hold a note, and it’s okay. You are a manifested expression of God, Source, All That Is; you are here to experience life to the fullest. To create your dream life by following your passion. You need no one’s approval to do or be what you desire. You have the gift to co-create your reality. Use it by maintaining loving thoughts about yourself and your life. Create your desire, intend to have with your thoughts and visualize a mental movie in your mind of it playing out in your life.
Who You Are
To succeed, you must accept the truth as to who you are. You are an aspect of God, manifested in physical form to evolve spiritually by experiencing life events in duality. Duality means a life of contrast, opposites, positive and negative, good and evil, and every nuance in between. It is about experiencing lack and limitations, abundance and prosperity. It can also mean experiencing mediocrity. The choice is up to you, as you have the gifts to create as you deem necessary.
Rocks In The Road
You are who you are, you have the gifts, but you will face rocks in the road of life. You were veiled to the truth of who you are upon entering life. You were given an Ego identity that feeds on fear and doubt. You are conditioned in beliefs from birth, and you have been fed false information since those who took power and control over the masses. All these rocks and boulders are in your way. But, awakening, accepting your divinity is your key to liberation. There is nothing to fear, as fear is simply false beliefs instilled in humanity for eons. By virtue of accepting who you are, nothing can hurt or control you. You are in charge.
To change your life, to eliminate fear and doubt, requires a desire for your life to be different, to be all that it can be. Develop a passion and work it, never give up, and remember who you are and where you come from.
