Attitude Creates Life Experience

One’s attitude creates one’s life experience. It affects your behavior, your emotions, and your state of being. The thoughts that you generate are energetically created. If your attitude is negative, that is what you get back in experience. Likewise, if your attitude is positive, your resulting experience will be equal to what you put out into the world. The saying ” Reap what you sow” applies here.

Your life growing up has exposed you to conditioning from your environment. You were born into a family whose culture, beliefs, status, and values became ingrained in you. You accepted what you perceived as how things should be. In some situations, it was accepted as okay because you figured your parents knew best. Or your life growing up was filled with problems, causing you to feel bitter and to think negatively. Over time, as an adult, life events become dramatic, painful, and depressing.

There are many reasons for how and why attitudes develop. Some are very positive, even in difficult times. You hear stories of those who have been through devastating events, yet they remain positive that life will improve, and they begin to manifest better experiences. Then there are those whose life experiences are minimally troubling, and they fall apart emotionally. Why the difference in these two scenarios?

Willpower: Inner Determination

Willpower is an inner determination to stick to something until it is mastered. Seeing something through is a test of your intellectual discipline and power. It is the power to hold on until your goals, dreams, and desires are met. For this author who wanted to give up on life, it was the slap in the face wake-up that I needed, that cry of no, deep from within. My deep desire for my life at the end to have meant more. Giving up would not grant me what I realized I was missing and desired. That moment from deep within was my wakeup call that even at my old age, I wanted my life to have meant more. For this I am sincerely grateful.

You must desire to change. Changing what you think about in a conscious way opens the door to a better quality of life. As new events that bring prosperity and joy, your gratitude increases and, in turn, multiplies the good that enters your life. You must develop willpower deep from within the core of your being. Grit determination and strength will bring you success. Failure comes from the inability to work through the obstacles and difficulties that come your way. Do not give up when the going gets tough. Feel your determination and master the situation as this is a test of your intellectual discipline and power.

It is easy to press on when things are going smoothly. Do not allow a few bumps in the road to make you fearful and give up. Do not do what others do. You must function on your own outside of the crowd.

Having high hopes without willpower only leads to failure. A person without a Will is like an engine without fuel. The strength of your will is the test of your possibilities, allowing you to accomplish anything.

Spiritual Attitude

Your Spiritual attitude develops as you tap into your inner strength and exert your will in your life. As a physical extension of God, you came into this world to live a full and blessed life. You have the free will of God to co-create a life of your desires. Your thoughts are creative; they become form and manifest into your reality based on your intentions and fueled by your emotions. In a world of duality, good and evil, you must learn to master the darkness and negativity thrown into the midst of life. A spiritual attitude must develop within you where you live, think and create from the loving divine child that you are.

Living life your way with a spiritual attitude, coupled with the inner will to create your reality through a focused awareness of your thoughts, places you in full control of your destiny. Your quality of life will improve immensely, and you will grow spiritually as well.

Anger

Anger is a negative emotional state. While there are various levels of anger, mild or severe, it creates devastating events in your life and for those around you. Everything is energy operating at various frequencies. Anger is low-frequency negative energy, and like energy attracts more of itself into your life. The problem with being angry is that it can fester and grow into something out of control. Many people are angry in a way that frustrates them into a state of desperation because they do not want to feel this way. They feel depressed, trapped in a cycle that breeds more dark emotions and events into their lives.

Why do we get angry? The reasons are too many to count. One must go quietly within to discern the why. Unfortunately, many are too busy being angry and miserable to calm down enough to take corrective action. Then some like to wallow in self-pity because it provides a false sense of justification for their feelings. There is not much to assist them as long as they prefer to remain in that emotional state.

Perhaps you are angry with your current place in life. Your husband left you with two children, and you are struggling financially to survive, and your children are young and confused about why he left. Many events in life create similar emotions, such as a loss of a job, family abandonment, and betrayal. And then there is the anger of oneself. Angry because you feel unworthy, unwanted, and unloved. You constantly put yourself down, and these emotions affect your behavior, manifesting undesirable consequences in your life.

Living daily in this frame of mind will not cease to exist because this energy provides food for the Archons, who feed off your energy. You attract them into your life and those around you. They seek out those whose frequencies match theirs. They are low frequency beings that we must overcome as part of your life experience of duality. Remember you are an individualized manifestation of God. You have within you the power to maintain control of your life. The first step to creating a better life is to understand who you are and what you are capable of.

Misery: How To Overcome

As with anything in life, without change, misery will continue until you desire to eliminate it. When you keep on doing what you’re doing, you keep getting what you’re getting. You sincerely desire change, to begin with. You must let go of any justification to be mad or resentful. Some will wake up and take action to change immediately. Others will wallow in pain until the pain becomes unbearable and only then will they change. The choice remains yours.

As a physical manifestation of God, you are a co-creator of your life, your reality, and all that is either positive or negative. Your thoughts, words, and actions are creative. You and your life become what you think about. You must refocus your thoughts, your frame of mind, and all that holds you back. You are a loved and worthy person because of your divinity. You have to take hold of that thought and affirm other loving, positive attributes of yourself. God created you out of love and compassion. They understand and appreciate your willingness to experience physical life in duality. For those who have been hurt by abandonment and loss your current struggles can vanish. First, you, as God manifested, must put negative feelings aside and leave them in the past. Today is what counts, as it determines your future. Train your mind to see only the positive things in life. State I am grateful for the love of God, I am grateful for the love of my children. I am grateful for the flowers in my garden. Sincere gratitude brings more good into your life and generates good feelings. Using the Law of Attraction principles, along with the belief that by virtue of who you are, all will come to you.

Never be afraid to call upon your divine parents for guidance. Nothing fancy, just as if talking to a family member. Once you begin to stay aware of your thoughts, you will have moments where you fall backwards. That’s normal, let the thoughts and emotions happen, but don’t dwell on them. Attempt to replace them with a positive thought or something pleasant. Yes, it’s a tough road to travel; hold on to the desire for creating a better life. Pay attention to what good manifests in your life and offer thanks. Stay the course, and your life will change for the better. Keep in mind that bumps in the road will continue to occur. But they will be minor compared to what you experienced in the past. You are never alone, as you have guides and others who, through intuition and prompting who are lovingly assisting you on your journey.

Spiritual Growth: Beginning The Journey

spiritual growth the journey

Spiritual growth, where to begin the journey? To begin the journey, one must first have the desire for change, for knowledge of truth. Your desire must be coupled with a sincere intention to become a seeker. Your journey will involve confusion and frustration, as there is a great deal of conflicting and misinformation available. You must keep an open mind when discerning information. Should something seem illogical or far-fetched, do not dismiss it entirely. Keep note of it, as something in the future may collaborate with it. In deciding what is true, it must resonate from within, and you should feel comfortable with the truth presented. However, always remain open to further information about what your truth is today; it may change in the future when you come across new information that feels more valid. Spiritual growth is an eternal process. Your journey will progress with guidance from above, as you are not alone.

Intuition and Synchronicity

Intuition and synchronicity play a major role in your search for valid information. Your Spirit guide assists you via intuitive thoughts and urges to pick up a specific book, or places you in a position to receive what you need. Synchronicity occurs, for example, you may be in the mall shopping for some clothes, and for no reason, you stop and look at the window, displaying a book that appears interesting. You debate, do I buy it, or not? This is one way your guide works to point you in the right direction.

During each day, you must remain focused on your thoughts, hunches, and what seems like a coincidence. Keep in mind, there is no such thing as a coincidence. Guidance comes from above in various ways. Often, inspiration, a message, or an answer will come in a manner least expected.

Meditation

Oh No! The dreaded meditation word. Not to worry, while there are tons of books on various ways to meditate, you do not need them unless you are extremely interested. Answers and guidance can come from within when you are in a quiet place. Sit quietly undisturbed by others and attempt to sit without thinking about anything. It will appear impossible as our minds are always churning out thoughts. Take three deep breaths, exhale as you wish. State out loud or to yourself a question you would like an answer to. Then remain quiet while you are aware of what is popping in your mind, various thoughts will come, let them pass without focusing on them. Listen for a soft answer, or a feeling that relates to your question. Take note of it, and you may experience a visual word spelled out, a symbol or an impression. Do not get upset if nothing happens, as in many situations it may take a few attempts. This is a simple form of meditation, and after some practice, you should have results.

It is okay if you fall asleep, just continue with the practice, you will have failures and successes. Keep a small notebook and write down the date and your experience. This will provide a reference to look back on track your progress.

Spiritual Guidance

The best means of obtaining Spiritual Guidance is to ask your Spirit Guide for it. Nothing fancy or formal, just say ” My dear Guide, I sincerely desire your assistance to know what is in my best interest. Please show me how. Remain aware for unusual answers. It could be a soft voice providing the answer to something you just thought about. Sometimes the voice creates a knowing. Once you pick up on some of this, and you continue to pay attention. Your ability to understand may heighten. Remain persistent in this area. When you receive pertinent information, say thank you to your guide. Gratitude goes a long way.

Do not be afraid to ask for help. All you have to do is call out to your guide for assistance. Sometimes you may think that it falls on deaf ears. Just keep at it, as explained above. There will be times when you fail to receive an answer. That occurs because on our life’s journey, certain things are meant for us to figure out. In most cases, as for this author, simply asking a question, will not produce results, as I must first seek the answer on my own. After a while, I may receive confirmation of what I desired to understand as being true or false.

Keep in mind that any information or teaching that comes from a place other than that of love or compassion is not in harmony with your divine essence. Spiritual growth is awakening to the truth of your divinity and gathering the understanding and knowledge necessary to live in the physical as a divine being

Final Act

When seeking information, ask yourself if this is right for you. Apply the information to your situation regarding what you are seeking to know. Dismiss only what makes you uncomfortable. Balance new information against what you have been taught to believe. There will be contradictions in what you thought was true. Do not disregard conflicting information; give it thought, digest it, as you may not feel one hundred percent about it now, but it may make sense down the road. It is an ongoing journey with bumps in the road of understanding. What is confusing today may be crystal clear in a month or so. Keep an open mind and stay the course. Frustration may occur when you cannot wrap your mind around a subject. When this happens, let it go. In the future, it will resolve itself as some guidance comes in its own time.

Relax and remain positive that you will understand what you need to know. For some folks, it comes early in life. For others like me, the journey started in my mid-fifties. And it is what it is today at the young age of seventy-six. However, the learning never ends.
